Privacy Policy
1. KEY TERMS
1.1. Company or Data Controller – Septyni ožiukai, MB, legal entity code 307175628, registered address Tulpiu str. 2-71, Panevezys, LT-35165, Lithuania.
1.2. Client or Data Subject – a natural person – a customer of the Company (including website visitors), whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. Online Store – the Company’s online store at www.septynioziukai.lt
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal Data – any information related to a natural person – Data Subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly established using such data as a personal code or one or more characteristics of a physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social nature specific to that person.
1.6. Processing of Personal Data – any operation performed with personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, merging, modification (supplementation or correction), provision, publication, use, logical and/or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction, or any other operation or set of operations.
1.7. Partner – a legal entity providing services to the Company related to the Company’s activities, or selling goods to it, or conducting joint projects with the Company, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, joint sales campaigns, loyalty programs, etc., in media outlets, websites, the Online Store, retail stores, retail networks, and so on.
1.8. Cookie – a small piece of textual information that is automatically created while browsing a website and stored on the visitor’s computer or other device.
1.9. Direct Marketing – activities intended to offer goods or services to individuals by mail, telephone, or other direct means and/or to ask for their opinion about the offered goods or services.
1.10. Privacy Policy – this document setting out the principles and rules of processing Personal Data when using the Online Store services.
1.11. Account – the primary login credentials of the Client for the Online Store, consisting of an email address and a Password.
1.12. Password – a unique combination of numbers, letters, or symbols created by the Client to access the Online Store.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Client grants the Company the right to carry out all actions related to the processing of Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal Data is processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of Personal Data, as well as this Privacy Policy.
2.3. Personal Data in the Company is processed in accordance with the following principles:
2.3.1. Personal Data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes;
2.3.2. Personal Data is processed accurately, fairly, and lawfully;
2.3.3. Personal Data is adequate and only to the extent necessary for collection and further processing;
2.3.4. Personal Data is kept up to date;
2.3.5. Personal Data is stored in such a way that the identity of the Data Subject can be established no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected and processed;
2.3.6. All information about Personal Data is confidential;
2.3.7. The Client's Personal Data and personal information shall not be used for unlawful purposes.
2.4. It is considered that by purchasing in the Online Store, the Client has read and agrees to the current version of the Privacy Policy. If the Client does not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy, the Client must not place an order or purchase goods in the Online Store.
2.5. The Privacy Policy is available in the Online Store and may be printed at any time. The Privacy Policy may be changed, supplemented, or updated at the discretion of the Company. The new version of the Privacy Policy is published in the Online Store.
2.6. The Client may place an order in the Online Store either without registration or through their Account after registering in the Online Store.
2.7. When initially registering with the Online Store via the Account, the Client must provide their email address, create a secure Password, and provide accurate Personal Data to the Online Store. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of this information. Upon creating the Account, an identification code is assigned to the Client.
2.8. When using the Services or purchasing in the Online Store, the Client must always provide accurate Personal Data to the Online Store and is responsible for its accuracy.
2.9. The Client has the right to change or supplement Personal Data in the Account at any time or contact the Online Store with a request to delete the Account.
2.10. The Client must not disclose the Password to third parties and must keep it secure; otherwise, the Client assumes full responsibility for any related consequences.
3. COLLECTION, USE, CORRECTION, AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Company respects each Client's right to privacy. The Client's Personal Data (i.e., name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address of the goods/services, age/year of birth, payment data for goods/services (bank account number, payment method, etc.), purchase history, and, with the Client's consent, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence) is collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.1.1. For e-commerce purposes. The following Personal Data is processed: name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address of the goods/services, age/year of birth, IP address, payment data. Personal Data used for e-commerce purposes is stored for 5 (five) years from the last login to the Online Store.
3.1.2. For direct marketing purposes. The following Personal Data is processed: name, surname, phone number, email address, address, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence. Personal Data used for direct marketing purposes is stored for 5 (five) years from the last login to the Online Store.
3.2. The Client may consent to the processing of their Personal Data (name, surname, phone number, email address, address, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence) for direct marketing purposes. If, after giving consent to process their data for direct marketing purposes and to receive direct marketing messages, the Client later withdraws such consent and informs the Company, the Company will stop processing the Client’s Personal Data for direct marketing and will not send any electronic newsletters, except for order-related information.
3.3. The Client may revoke their consent mentioned in clause 3.2 at any time by sending a notice to the Company at info@septynioziukai.lt clearly stating that they are withdrawing consent for the use of their Personal Data for direct marketing purposes and no longer wish to receive direct marketing communications.
3.4. The Client also has the option to opt out of direct marketing by clicking the appropriate link in each email message sent.
3.5. The Client, as a Data Subject, has the following rights regarding the processing of their Personal Data:
3.5.1. to obtain information from the Company about the processing of their Personal Data, access their data, and understand how it is processed;
3.5.2. to receive information from the Company about the sources and purposes of Personal Data collection, and to whom the data has been provided within the last year;
3.5.3. to request correction, destruction, or suspension (except storage) of the processing of their Personal Data if it is processed unlawfully.
3.6. When exercising their rights, the Client must provide a passport, identity card, or driver’s license. The Company provides information about the Data Subject’s Personal Data free of charge once per year. To exercise their rights under clause 3.5, the Client must contact the Company at info@septynioziukai.lt. The Company may correct, change, delete, or suspend Personal Data processing only after verifying the identity of the requesting Client.
3.7. The Client’s Personal Data is not disclosed to third parties except in the following cases:
3.7.1. When the Client’s consent is obtained as provided in this Privacy Policy;
3.7.2. For e-commerce purposes, Personal Data is provided to Partners who offer services related to the Company’s activities;
3.7.3. In cases provided by Lithuanian law to competent authorities.
3.8. The Client is aware of their right to object to the processing of their Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, either immediately or later.
3.9. The Client agrees that their Personal Data may be shared with Partners to fulfill the Client's order and for the provision of Services by the Company, as well as with Partners as outlined in clause 3.7.
3.10. If the Client does not agree with the Privacy Policy, they will not be able to use the Online Store services.
3.11. The Company implements organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.
3.12. The Client agrees that in cases required by competent authorities and/or where Personal Data has possibly been used in illegal activities or there are reasonable suspicions of identity theft under investigation by law enforcement authorities, or for other legal grounds or purposes, their Personal Data may be stored on the Company’s servers for longer than stated in this Privacy Policy.
3.13. Upon receiving a Data Subject’s request or inquiry related to the processing of Personal Data, the Company shall respond and either fulfill the request or provide a reasoned refusal no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the inquiry. If requested, the response shall be provided in writing.
3.14. To provide full services in the Online Store, the Company may store information (Cookies) on the Client’s device with the Client’s consent. This information is used to recognize returning users, compile statistics, and store shopping cart data. The Client can view and delete some or all stored Cookies at any time.

4. OTHER PROVISIONS
4.1. The Company reserves the right to amend or supplement this Privacy Policy in whole or in part at any time. Any changes or additions to the Privacy Policy shall take effect on the date they are published.
