Purchase Terms

These Terms and Conditions establish the rules and procedures by which you may purchase goods from our online store. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and Septyni oziukai, MB (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), company code 307175628, registered address: Tulpiu g. 2-71, LT-25165, Panevezys, Lithuania.

1.2. By placing an order in our online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published in the online store.

2. ORDERING PRODUCTS

2.1. The Buyer can order products by selecting the desired items and adding them to the shopping cart.

2.2. An order is considered submitted once the Buyer confirms the order and completes payment.

2.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if:

The product is out of stock;

The product price was incorrectly displayed due to a technical error;

The Buyer provided incorrect or incomplete information;

There is suspicion of fraud.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1. All prices in the online store are shown in euros, including VAT.

3.2. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already submitted orders.

3.3. The Buyer can pay using the following methods:

Credit/debit card

Electronic payment systems

3.4. The order will be processed only after payment is received.

4. DELIVERY

4.1. Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within Lithuania.

4.2. Delivery times:

Within Lithuania: 2–3 business days

4.3. Delivery fees are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery method and location.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

5.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without providing a reason.

5.2. To return products, the Buyer must:

Inform the Seller of their decision to return the goods;

Return the products in their original packaging, unused and undamaged;

Include the purchase document (invoice or receipt).

5.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless the products are defective or the wrong items were delivered.

5.4. The Seller commits to refund the payment within 14 calendar days from the date the returned products are received.

6. WARRANTY

6.1. All products are subject to the warranty provided by applicable law.

6.2. If the product is defective or does not match the description, the Buyer has the right to:

Request a replacement;

Request a price reduction;

Return the product and receive a full refund.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

7.1. The Seller collects and processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
