DELIVERY TIME

Most orders in Lithuania are delivered within 2–3 business days.

PACKAGING

All items are carefully packed to ensure they are protected during transport.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

DELIVERY METHODS AND PRICES

In Lithuania, items are delivered via parcel lockers starting from €2.50.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have any questions regarding delivery, feel free to contact our customer support team.

DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to deliver all items on time and in good condition. However, sometimes delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, transport issues). In such cases, we will do our best to inform you about the delay.

PRODUCT RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories. Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
